Correspondence (1970-1995)

This series contains correspondence between national women's organizations, government agencies, other universities, alums and others interested in the Commission on the Status and Needs of Women at CMU. The early correspondence mainly focuses on the formation of the Commission, the later correspondence focuses on the progress of women at CMU in the mid-1990's.
