Scope and Contents
From the Series:
The collection information series is housed in three boxes and is arranged alphabetically by folder heading. This series contains correspondence, minutes, reports, statistics, and graphical material about the diverse collections in the Library. Aside from information about books and periodicals, information about circulation, borrowing privileges, donations, exhibits, and security are also found in this series. This series contains a 'general' subseries as well as subseries for each Library branch (i.e. Mellon Institute, Fine Arts, Engineering and Science, Software Engineering Institute), Library department (i.e. Architecture Archives, Hunt Botanical Institute, Fine and Rare Book Room, Special Collections, Archives), or large subject area (i.e. Humanities and Social Sciences). There are also subseries for periodicals and microforms.
