The By-Laws of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Institute, Carnegie Institute of Technology, published booklets containing the articles governing the trustees and committees, are available for some of the years 1933 and 1959. Also available is a copy of the Carnegie Institute Constitution and By-Laws printed together with the Carnegie Institute of Technology By-Laws in 1918; the Carnegie Institute Constitution and By-Laws of the Board of Trustees together with Mr. Carnegie’s Letter and Deed of Trust, as published in 1904; and a publication called Reprints that contains the Ordinances and by-laws of the Carnegie Free Library of the City of Pittsburgh, the Constitution and by-laws of the Board of Trustees of the Carnegie Fine Arts and Museum Collection Fund, and the Constitution and by-laws of the Board of Trustees of the Carnegie Institute, printed in 1911.
