Scope and Contents note

Cano was first published in 1947 as a magazine for essays, poetry, reviews, and short stories written by Carnegie Tech students. It's stated mission was "to serve as an outlet for all types of creative writing done by the undergraduate student body at Carnegie Institute of Technology." It was published monthly during the academic year starting in 1947. The last issue held by the archive was published in April of 1949.
