Scope and Contents note

From the Collection:

The Counseling Center records are housed in three archival boxes. The items comprising the collection include reports, receipts, correspondences, and tests. All items pertain to the daily operations and the employees of the Center. The collection is comprised of three series: Administrative, Miscellaneous, and Tests. All of the financial aspects of the Center are in the Administrative section. In addition to that, the Administrative Series includes records from Princeton University because of their link to Ruth Beach. Beach was an Assistant Professor at CMU and a Counseling Center employee at Princeton. The Miscellaneous series includes items that pertain to the collection but do not fit within the other series. Series III, Tests, houses a myriad of tests that Counseling Center employees administered to current and prospective students.
