Scope and Contents
The items in this series consist of materials related to Atkeson's time at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, or MIT. After receiving his Ph.D. there in 1986 he stayed on in an assistant professor position for several more years. The robots here include an example of a Shannon Juggler, based on a machine created by Claude Shannon, as well as commercial direct drive arm parts.
