The Howard Wertenberger papers are housed in one .25 foot box. The Collection predominantly consists of undated football photographs, articles and memorabilia covering the period of 1922 to 1928. The newspaper articles have been preservation photocopied and the originals discarded.

Biographical Sketch
Originally from Monroe, Michigan Howard Wertenberger attended CIT between the years 1922 to 1928. He majored in Building Construction and obtained his degree in 1928. He was a member of the KE fraternity, and on the Varsity Football Squad from approximately 1924 to 1928.

The rolled Photographs are in a separate box. The Thistle 1925 has been removed, and was added to the general Thistle collection.
