This full length documentary explores a 100 year old work system in which 4,000 Dabbawallas deliver 100,000 lunches from customer’s homes to their places of work. What interested Goodman most was that the work system functioned successfully without the use of technology or modern business practices.
Interviews, footage of Dabbawallas at work and in meetings, and various edited versions are what make up a majority of this series. Final versions are also included.

Goodman’s second full length documentary explores how a group of 4,000, Camisa Verde e Branco (green and white shirts) come together in costume and choreographed dance and song in order to compete against other schools for the title of best Escola de Samba during Brazil’s yearly Carnival.
A majority of this series consists of interviews and footage of rehearsals as well as various stages of preparation for the final performance. Also included are final versions.
