This collection documents the activities of the Digital Art Exchange (DAX) group from 1978 to 1991. It also includes administrative papers and miscellaneous correspondence as well as a few early papers by founding member Bruce Breland. This series consists of 4 x 5-inch transparencies (primarily of slowscan television images), black and white 4 x 5-inch negatives, and 35 mm negatives and telefaxes (primarily of telefaxes). Those were created for conservation purposes by Matt Wrbican in 1990-1991. Subseries, arranged by chronological order, have been created for individual events where DAX had major input and substantial material was kept.
