The automation projects series is housed in seven boxes. The sub-series (projects) are arranged in a loose chronological order. The Directors' files series is housed in eleven boxes and is arranged chronologically. This series includes a combined correspondence subseries. The subsequent subseries are subject files from each Library Director. Most of these subject files have been kept in the original organization of the Director.
